French Chocolate Brownies

This weeks project was French Chocolate Brownies

I was not a big fan of Brownies but I decided to make this recipe anyway. I mixed the dry ingredients, The raisin flambe then melted the chocolate and butter then whisk the egg and sugar. To the egg and sugar mixture I added the chocolate then the dry ingredient it took exactly 50 minutes for the brownies to be ready and this recipe converted me into a big fan. It came out so moist it was delicious. Here are a few pictures of my delicious brownies.

They look so cute all cut up like that. I'm not a big brownie fan either, but loved these.

I'm glad that you didn't let the "brownie" label deter you from trying out this recipe. Wasn't it great? Your brownies certainly look like they are.
